Please add your event to our Event Calendar Database as early as possible in order to get maximum exposure. (Even if the event is months away and you only know the date and venue, you can always add details later.)
Many event planners and promoters use our database to plan when & where to have their event.
The last thing you want is to compete against another charity event on the same night.

Event Database:
If your event is a 100% Charity Event (i.e. Green Tie Ball, Casino Swing and Junior League type events) you can add your event to our Event Database for Free. If your Event is a For Profit Event see service charges below.

Weekly Newsletter: (Sent each Wed. AM)
Your Event Information will be placed in our weekly Newsletter that is emailed out to over 32,000 Subscribers, and can be sent several weeks before your event. See Service Charges below.
