The upscale divas Cecilia (CeCe) Gonzales and Melinda Joseph have hit Chicago like a storm. †Their combination of †wit, creativity and sex appeal are very intriguing to the industry, and have developed a large following in a very short time. They are known for producing upscale, networking events and seminars.
The city of Chicago has embraced their style and fun. Their events are well attended, and everyone walks away after having a great time. As most events in the city are fixated on nightlife, Cece and Melinda (in collaboration with their Raymi Production crew) create business events which focus on an ideal opportunity to network while having fun. Events cater to a 30+ audience.
Cece Gonzales has over 10 years of sales and marketing experience. Her Latino heritage brings a spicy twist to the company. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Pacific University in Lima. After first arriving in Chicago in 2001, she launched into a career as a Business Development Manager and Public Relations Manager for an international company headquartered in Chicago. Melinda Joseph has vast marketing experience ranging from business -to-business and business-to-consumer market. She graduated as Valedictorian from Columbia College in Chicago with a degree in Marketing Communications with a specialization in branding and project management. Her smile lights up a room, and she always stops to say hello to everyone. Melinda is a member of the Chicago Business Exchange and participates annually in the Columbia College American Advertising Federation (AAF) review panel.
The company did a fashion show show called 50 & Beautiful. †They had some of Chicago's top women, gorgeous professional models, housewives, news anchors, philanthropists and business owners. †However, †there were two women who especially impressed me. Their mothers! What a wonderful idea to have mom in the fashion show. The two of them were so proud of their offsprings, they couldn't stop beaming. Cece's mother didn't speak much English, but she certainly communicated to the people. Melinda's mother and I had a short chat and spoken like a mother, she said, "Hard work sure pays off … my girl is wonderful.”
Yes, these two divas work around the clock to make their events successful and won't tolerate anything less than perfect. They are celebrating their 2nd year anniversary. Cece and Melinda were awarded by the Juli B Style Awards this year for the Best Event Planners category nationwide for 2010. They have also been featured in the Chicago Sun-Times, Red Eye Magazine, Time Out Chicago, Chicago Social, Fox Chicago News and NBC 5. They are also well known for The Taste of the Gold Coast, Shop in Chicago, Who is Chicago and 50 & Beautiful and recently their first annual Martinis and Mutts event to help save the lives of Chicago's neediest animals.
Beauty and Brains go a long way with this dynamic duo. Keep it rolling girls!
