Barn & Company gives America what it wants: barbeque and football. Seated in the midst of Lincoln Park, the new smokehouse and public hall offers guests a fully loaded hickory smoked barbeque menu and barn wood walls clad with flat-screens tuned into the pig-skin. The décor of the smokehouse—from rusted tin ceilings and cement counter-tops, to warehouse lighting and a wood burning pit—redefines the notion of an all-American BBQ shack.
Executive Chef Bob Zrenner and Pit Master Gary Wiviott take pride in converting the messy glory Southern-style barbeque into a full-blown pig pickin’. Staple menu choices include farm fresh ingredients and free-range meats such as brisket, baby back ribs, pulled pork and smoked chicken, but Zrenner provides “some damn good non-BBQ’d food too” for the non-carnivorous. The bar is stocked with a great selection of American microbrews on draft and bottles, and a variety of bourbon and rye specialty cocktails.
