One of Chicago’s newest restaurants, Bombay Spice Grill & Wine, has opened in the River North neighborhood. Based on its original Phoenix, Arizona location, the restaurant features a healthy and flavorful refined Indian cuisine. Healthy, delicious dishes in a contemporary environment, is the basis for this new restaurant’s menu, created by Executive Chef Sunil Kumar.
Each dish on the menu is cooked in olive oil staying true to the chef’s healthy motto. Yet the low-fat, heart-healthy meals do not compromise any of the authentic Indian flavors. To accommodate patrons with a variety of tastes and dietary restrictions, Bombay has a variety of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan-friendly options. Shrimp tikka skewers, chickpea ceviche and lentil cakes are only several of the highlights of the extensive menu.
