Webster’s Wine Bar owners Tom MacDonald and Jason Normann, have taken their wine bar concept and gone smaller with their latest eatery. Logan Square is the home of their new restaurant Telegraph, an eatery that not only focuses on great European cuisine, but also incorporates the feel of family-owned European wineries that produce organic wine. Telegraph has a dozen wines they serve by the glass along with European beers on draft that allow people to step out of the box and sip on something different from their usual wine or beer of choice.

The wine list, which features sparkling, red, white, or rosé choices, will leave wine lovers contemplating over their drink of choice. 

Even though Telegraph is a wine bar, it also has signature dishes that not only make the restaurant known for its wine, but also for its food. Chef John Anderes serves up a taste of Europe with sophisticated dishes that include Black Earth grilled lamb with blue pool oysters and cherries, roasted frog legs with dill crème fraiche and Cataluña spices and grilled amish half chicken with dried fruit glaze, sautéed rapini, and fried lemon.
