After three years in France, artist, pastry chef and proprietress Toni Marie Cox opened her first cafe in 1994 in Hinsdale. Toni has recently opened another location of her cafe just minutes away from Michigan Avenue and Millennium Park.

Chicagoans and visitors alike will be able to taste her creations, which include eclairs, pistachio financiers and verrines. Toni and her team use only the finest ingredients, providing everyone with breakfast, lunch and take away sweets daily. Fresh fruits are picked at the peak of every season and used in the dozens of her signature fruit and cream pastries. 

Her cafe not only offers take out pastries and sandwiches, the team also arranges and decorates custom made wedding cakes. Her creations have been featured in wedding magazines and on news shows.
