Chicago Scene does not store any of your credit card information in house; for security reasons, all data is stored with our transaction gateway provider

Refund Policy:

AGREEMENT OF THESE TERMS IS EQUIVALENT TO A DIGITAL SIGNATURE ON A CONTRACT. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER IS NOT PERMITTED AFTER THE ORDER IS PROCESSED. 
Items are not eligible for a refund, but are transferrable to other parties. We will work with you to ensure proper transfer of your purchased item. Exchanges are also not allowed.

Liability

The purchaser of assumes any and all liabilities as to the risks and dangers that may result from the Event and waives any claim for loss or damage whatever the cause, incurred or suffered, whether occurring before, during or after the Event.
